A Rights of Way Practitioner was attempting to arrange a meeting with a landowner to acquire rights for a public service infrastructure. The landowner requested an invitation via email. An email was sent. The landowner replied that his diary was full and that it is difficult to find an available time slot. The RoW Practitioner then emailed back to say that even a weekend will be fine and further more even a Sunday will be ok. An email was sent back from the landowner……..
“I managed to negotiate with my Dominee and he has given me permission not to attend Church on Sunday, therefore we can meet on Sunday at 10:00………”
